I was born in Lithuania, USSR, in 1960. I studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in neurobiology. Today, I live  with my family in Jerusalem, and teach biology and mathematics in the pre-university preparatory program for the visually impaired students. 

Over the years, in parallel, I kept developing in art, studying techniques, taking courses, participating in classes of distinguished teachers as Yosef Hirsch, Derek Stein, Marek Yanai and the Japanese Zen artist Kaji Aso.   After years of drawing and painting, during the last decade, I focused on paper cuts creation.

Few years ago I returned to painting - mostly watercolor and mixed media that involve watercolor, acrylic, sun printing, and paper cuts.
